After this weekends match up against Ohio State, Penn State head coach has a lot to which he can look forward.  If Penn State wins then he can look ahead to a possible shot at a national title.  Win or lose however the 81-year-old Penn State coach will be looking ahead to a doctors visit in the more immediate future during Penn State's bye week next week.  Paterno has been suffering from a leg injury after trying to demonstrate an onside kick during the first week of the season.
