Four-Star running back Silas Redd is set to announce his college of choice Sunday, May 4th.  Redd currently holds offers from the likes of Penn State, UConn, Rutgers, Oregon, Stanford, and Virginia.  Currently Redd is attending the Nike camp being held at Penn State University so it could be very promising news that Redd is set to announce tomorrow.  AbsolutePigskin is calling Penn State as the favorite because lets face it, it takes balls to announce your committment to another school while attending camp at another school you are considering.  As of last weekend Redd was quoted, "I'm closing in on a decision with Penn State at the top of the list."
